USE OF THE SERVICE

3. Order request
The possibility of placing orders in the Online store of the website www.oitoatelier.pt is restricted to orders whose delivery and billing addresses are located in mainland Portugal or Spain.
Orders for delivery to PO Boxes are not accepted.

The products featured in the catalog online are limited to existing stock. In case of unavailability of any item, Oito Atelier will inform the Client.

For some products, duly identified, the order may be limited to a certain number of copies.

4. Delivery of the order and shipping costs
We reinforced measures to hygiene and safety throughout the order packaging process.

All orders confirmed by Oito.Atelier will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer for delivery at the time of ordering.

The costs associated with shipping are automatically calculated as the Customer's cart is updated.

* The offer of shipping costs on orders with a certain minimum purchase value will only apply to situations where the delivery address is located in mainland Portugal.

All orders confirmed by Oito Atelier will be delivered to the address that the Customer specified for delivery at the time of ordering.

5. Delivery deadlines
Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be be more extended.

The estimated delivery period can be up to 7 working days and, after collection, the delivery is normally made between 1 and 2 business days for mainland Portugal.

Due to the high number of orders at certain times may have a longer production time than usual and delivery times may be affected.

In case the same order includes items subject to different delivery periods, the longest period of the articles contained therein.

6. Payment methods

7. Order cancellation

8. Non-acceptance of the order

9. Returns
The customer may, within 14 days after receiving the product, proceed with its return. Within the same period, the customer may claim any defects or inadequacy of the product in relation to what was ordered, the responsibility of Oito Atelier.
